Ingredients :
Salmon
Honey
Cilantro

Preparations :
Cook Salmon on high in Olive oil for a minute and then turn to low flipping it over ever 5 minutes or so for a while, to your liking.

 Notes : Stir Fry nettles or other spring greens are also an excellent choice. Mustard Greens, Onions or Chives, perhaps butter and dill.
