Monday

Ingredients :

Acorn Flour
Raw Milk
Blueberries

Preparations :

Use some whisking device to churn the milk and flour together,
once evenly blended pour into oiled pan and flip over when it's edges rise.
Add Blueberries.

 Notes :

Acorns have never been officially domesticated but were managed
to varying degrees by indigenous groups world wide, most notably in California.
Subsequent recipes added eggs and  the addition of blueberries prior to frying.
Results were well intentioned but negligible. Still best as a thin crepe
for less cooking time and better taste.  Dark nutty flavor as one would expect,
texture was firm and jelly like in early attempts.
