Ingredients : chicken, fava beans, kale, carrots

Preparations : Soak Chicken in salty brine over night. Soak fava beans over night. Boil chicken and save broth. Peel bean shells if dry and pan fry with lots of fluid (ie orange juice, chicken broth, water, oil) add any root vegetables. Massage and break up kale and add any dried fruits, nuts or spices with a little fluid (ie same ones). Combine when ready.

Notes : Make sure to soak the beans long enough, it's never enough. First time cook until they begin to loose form. Add more fluid as needed. Presoaking nuts may be a good idea unless you like crunchy.
