Ingredients :
Duck Egg
Avocado
Salsa

 Preparations :
Crack the egg over skillet. Flip when dry. Repeat, twice. Cut avocado and fan it out over the egg. Apply Salsa.

 Notes : This was pineapple salsa from trader joes. Nothing fancy. Make your own salsa from stuff around. I just moved and have no garden, so store bought salsa and avocado must suffice. Duck eggs are from neighbors feral folk of muscovy ducks that roam the neighborhood.
