Preparations : Pick the nettles without harming your little fingers, ie bag, gloves and snippers. Cooks down a lot so pick a half bag for small breakfast. Put in pan with oil or grease. Add egg. Add accessories.
Notes : Nettles down footpath are delectable. Neighbors muscovy eggs are extraordinary. Favorite accouterments have been; onions, hot sauce, mushrooms, cilantro, cheese. Corn Tortillas.
